Brooke Bayko
Brooke took her first yoga class at a young age and instantly fell in love. She has been teaching and practicing daily for over ten years. She's taught many different styles of yoga but her favorite is Hot Power Yoga. It is challenging and creative, AND the music is always on point. Her class is open to all levels!

Cam Loiselle
Cam took his first class at The Hot Yoga Studio in 2019, after he heard a Podcast on how challenging it was, and he knew it was something he needed in his life. He did their Power Yoga Teacher Training in 2020 and continues to enhance his knowledge, teachings, and his own personal practice. Cam is a dad to 2 amazing boys, owns 5 dogs, 30 chickens, 4 ducks, 2 cats, and has a full time job and another business. On top of all that Cam is an Ultra Marathon Runner and plans to enhance his knowledge of body building and weight training in hopes to add some of this in at and around The Hot Yoga Studio.

Loren Doucette
Loren studied Exercise Physiology at Elon University and she has a passion for sports and exercise. Her day job is a school counselor! She started taking yoga classes in 2004 while recovering from an injury. She completed a 200-hour YTT training with The Hot Yoga Studio in the Spring of 2020. She loves helping others and looks forward to empowering each client to feel their best.

Erin Leavitt
Erin's first experience with yoga began in 2011, she felt amazing after her first Bikram class. She noticed how great she felt after practicing on a regular basis. She took her RYT 200-hour training in 2017. She holds a degree in Human Services and is Reiki Certified. "Practicing and teaching yoga has been a peaceful, magical, and enlightening experience for me. I love the positive energy I feel the day after. My main goal is for members to leave my class feeling the same."

Holly Moccia
Holly received her 200 hour registered yoga teacher training in 2021. Both teaching and practicing yoga has changed her life. She has a background in personal training, holistic heath, and herbalism. When she is not teaching yoga she works with therapy and emotional service dogs. She hopes that taking one of her classes makes you be more present in the moment. Her laid-back and quirky personality will make you feel at ease. She enjoys playing reggae music in her classes and her favorite pose is tree due to the sense of feeling grounded. She cannot wait for you to take one of her classes!

Lauren Haney
Lauren has her RYT 200-hour certification and is also a certified group fitness instructor. She loves everything yoga has to offer. Outside of yoga, Lauren is a full-time nurse and a mom of three!

Sheila Birdsall
Sheila has been teaching yoga for two years. She finished her 200-hour teacher training at The Hot Yoga Studio. Along with her instructing credentials, she also carries her Reiki 1 certification. Her yoga journey first started over ten years ago when she was practicing Bikram. Sheila’s style of teaching utilizes a slower flow with a power structure. Her classes feature fun music and mindful movements at each student’s comfort level. She encourages students to stay focused and to listen to their bodies. When not practicing yoga Sheila is a health and physical education teacher and you can find her hanging out with her dogs and family by the lake. Yoga is Sheila’s la vida loca.
